The walks are fine and my terrier seems happy enough. Communication is decent - they respond within a few hours usually. Had one issue where the walker was 20 minutes late without notice, which was frustrating as I had a meeting. They apologised and it hasn't happened since. The routes could be more varied - they tend to stick to the same park. Pricing is standard for London. Does the job but there's room for improvement in consistency.

Brilliant service for the price. My spaniel needs at least an hour of exercise daily and I simply can't manage it with my schedule. The walker knows all the best spots in Victoria Park and brings treats (which I appreciate as I forget to mention dietary preferences).
